Welcome to Bol Bharat AI. This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Bol Bharat AI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the users (“Subscriber”, “you”) who engage with our AI-powered calling services (“Services”).

This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of our Services. By registering for, accessing, or using our Services, you affirm your acceptance of this Agreement, including any modifications that we make from time to time. Failure to comply with these terms can result in termination of your access to the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

When you complete the registration process, you legally agree to the provisions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Services. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

Bol Bharat AI provides white-label AI calling solutions tailored for agency owners, enhancing business communications and operations. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Automated calling systems
• Client management and interaction tracking
• Integration capabilities with various CRM platforms
• Real-time analytics and reporting features

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Services requires a paid subscription. The following terms apply:

• Fees and Charges: You agree to pay all applicable fees as described during the subscription process. Prices are subject to change.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary date using the payment method on file.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, including for partial usage, unless required by law.
• Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Cancel before it ends to avoid charges.

4. Subscriber Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and privacy regulations
• Ensure that your use does not infringe any third-party rights or violate agreements
• Refrain from using sub-addressed or fraudulent emails to bypass security
• Not solicit, hire, or engage Bol Bharat AI’s current/past employees or clients in any competitive or disruptive manner
• Not extract unauthorized information or request unauthorized actions from our team

Any violations will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account without compensation or refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@shreem-ai.in.

• Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• No Refunds: Payments remain non-refundable, as per Section 3.
• Confirmation: We’ll email you confirmation. If you don’t receive it, contact us.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges.
• Disputes & Deletion: If you cancel or initiate a dispute, your account is suspended and all data, including credits, will be deleted after 30 days.

6. Credits Expiration Policy

All purchased credits must be used within six (6) months from the purchase date. Unused credits will automatically expire and are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Services—including trademarks, patents, designs, and proprietary technology—remain the sole property of Bol Bharat AI.

8. User Contents

By uploading or posting content on the Services, you grant Bol Bharat AI a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bol Bharat AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Services
• Content obtained through the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bol Bharat AI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. What qualifies as material will be determined at our sole discretion.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Bol Bharat AI and supersedes any prior agreements related to the Services.
